Josey Tsao is an illustrator and background painter based in Los Angeles, California. She has created artwork for animation, publishing, and theme parks and finds inspiration from places both real and imagined.

WHILE SHE THRIVES COLLABORATING WITH STUDIOS AND CLIENTS - she continues to develop her own illustration work to tell her own stories.
